School workshop requests
Thank you for your interest in an Afrocats school workshop.
Please fill in our booking form, once complete we'll be in touch so we can tailor the workshop to meet your needs.
Payment Terms
Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. There is a 5% late payment fee for payments made more than 30 days past the invoice date.
Payment Processing
We will send an invoice for each payment. Invoices can be paid online, by BACS, or by cheque. Once payment is received, we will send a receipt.
Afrocats Workshop Cancellation Policy
If a school or organisation cancels a workshop booking more than 14 days before the scheduled date, there will be no cancellation fee.
If a school cancels a workshop booking less than 14 days before the scheduled date, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
If a school cancels a workshop booking on the day of the scheduled date, there will be a 100% cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee will be used to cover the costs of the workshop, including the cost of staff, materials, and any rentals.
If a school needs to cancel a workshop booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or school closure, the school should contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, Afrocats may be able to reschedule the workshop or issue a refund.
Schools are encouraged to book their workshops as early as possible to secure their spot and to avoid any cancellation fees.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request.
